As a coach and an experienced HR Director I am able to work with individuals and teams to help change their behaviour and attitude in order to deliver business goals. In my role as a coach and facilitator I am able to ask questions that maybe no one else wants to ask to improve self-awareness and performance.
I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) using psychological instruments such as Myers Briggs. I am an accredited coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and I enjoy influencing how people work, engage with one another and to open up the world of possibility.
As a coach I first trained as a counsellor however found that within my HR career using a coaching approach within companies was extremely effective. I bring skill and intuition alongside insight into how companies and organisations work both commercially and politically; drawing on my extensive experience as a HR director.
