‘Lets talk Flex’ with Glen Foster – Director of Accounting Partners, UK & EMEA at Xero

The seventh Xero employee in the UK, Glen has over 15 years’ experience in the accounting technology industry. As Director of Accounting Partners at Xero, his role is to develop and execute strategies that enable our accounting partner channel to flourish.

Glen is passionate about the role technology plays in moving the accounting industry forward as well as the impact it has on small business. He’s focused on providing solutions for accounting firms to streamline their day-to-day processes This enables them to shift the relationship from being purely compliance-led to delivering additional value and maximising the benefits of cloud technology.

Glen has young twin boys, and he shares his experience of working flexibly alongside being a parent.
