We welcome Kat – Head of Partner Consulting & Verticals at Xero to ‘Let’s talk Flex’. Kat leads a large team of experts who provide consulting and migration services to accountants across the UK & EMEA at Xero.

Kat has a 2-year-old daughter called Lyla and lives in North Yorkshire with her husband Chris who is in the Fire Brigade and talks to us about how she works flexibly at Xero.
