Beth is an Executive Talent Business Partner at Xero,  focusing heavily on Leadership hiring across the UK, South Africa, US and Canada. Recently returning to work after having her first baby, and learning every day how to get the balance right!
We have been bowled over by Beth and her teams forward-thinking ways when it comes to hiring and looking after their staff.
We chat with Beth about how she navigated her maternity leave and what she learnt during her career within recruitment, and how becoming a mother has changed her opinions on hiring people. Â Beth also shares some of her tips and advice on how to develop your career alongside being a new mum.
