Inspirational People Series – Tobi Asare founder of My Bump Pay

We are delighted to welcome the amazing Tobi to our Inspirational Series.  Tobi is the founder of @mybumppay a brilliant community based platform for parents.

Tobi was inspired to start My Bump Pay when she and some friends (21!) decided to have babies in the same year. All women smashing it in their careers with equally ambitious husbands. Maternity and Paternity pay was a constant point of conversation and confusion and My Bump Pay was born to help potential and existing parents make the best decisions for their family and careers.

For our series Tobi shares her personal experiences of being a working parent, how she achieves work/life balance (a big Trello fan ??), avoids overwhelm, and deals with the pressure so many of us face as working parents. We also discuss Tobi’s views and experiences on what the future of work looks like.
