Inspirational People Series- Elliott Rae founder of MFF
We are delighted to welcome the very brilliant Elliott Rae to the series. Elliott is the founder of MusicFootballFatherhood.com(@mffonline_) the UK’s most exciting parenting and lifestyle platform for men.
Elliott founded MFF in 2017 after the traumatic birth of his daughter and the platform is THE online community for fathers. Through blogs, podcasts and events, MFF aims to increase positive representation of diverse fatherhood while providing a space and community for dads to share the ups and downs of parenting.
He is also one of the UK’s leading experts on fathers in the workplace – working with, and advising organisations on their diversion and inclusion and strategies.
The United Nations recently recognised Elliott’s diversity work and he is now the proud recipient of the 2019 #HeForShe ‘Change-maker of the Year’ UN Women UK award for his work on gender equality.
Within this VLOG Elliott shares his personal experiences of being a working parent, the familiar challenges lockdown has brought to the career/family juggle and what he sees the the future of work looking like.
