We’re recruiting for an exceptional Talent Acquisition professional to oversee the operations recruitment of our business.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and divisional HRBP, the successful candidate will be joining a small but growing team in order to deliver the talent resource needed to fuel our continued growth and success.  You’ll be responsible for working with stakeholders across the business in our Business Development, Marketing, HR, IT, Finance, Compliance and Research departments.

You’ll need to have at least two years’ experience of working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate full knowledge of the recruitment process and ideally have experience of hiring for Operations roles, either agency-side or in-house.

Key responsibilities of the role

  • Support Hiring Managers and Vacancy Coordinators to ensure effective and efficient recruiting including:
    • Discussing and agreeing job descriptions
    • Candidate search
    • Shortlisting applicants
    • Selling the opportunity / Savills EVP
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all Operations roles in a professional, structured and consistent manner and is compliant with regulatory and legal requirements
  • Build a pipeline of candidates relevant to the business needs and build effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Support the Talent Lead with delivery of ongoing training to line managers on the recruitment process via the ATS system
  • Ensure all roles are allocated to the correct job framework title and salary band.
  • Support the Talent lead with research and real time market intelligence to develop innovative attraction methods and to give insight alongside recruitment data for the leadership team and wider business.
  • Managing relationships with agencies and PSL agreements
  • Ensure appropriate psychometric tests are deployed and used effectively to inform decision making
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, CV databases and other tools to support “difficult to fill” roles

Skills, Knowledge and Experience 

  • The right attitude for this role is key! You will be naturally curious, confident in your knowledge and expertise, pragmatic and practical enough to adapt to the changing demands of a growing business
  • A confident networker: As an expert within your given discipline, you will build a strong knowledge of the industry and have the ability to understand where the ‘top candidates’ are based
  • Strong presentation skills: Have the ability to design high-level reports for Exec-Level team members, using accurate data to provide up-to-date overviews on Core-Team Recruitment on various ‘headhunt’ assignments
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, Advanced Boolean, X-Ray, Social Media etc.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Data driven, ability to analyse complex data sets with a focus on continuous improvement of individual metrics and conversions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – Build relationships with various stakeholders across multiple locations, providing guidance and insights and becoming a trusted Business Partner
  • An autonomous, dynamic and results orientated approach
  • Proven experience of working with candidate testing tools i.e. psychometric and skills testing
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Have the ability to develop complex strategies and solutions
  • Excellent relationship builder and communicator
  • Focussed: commits to challenging goals and delivers consistently against these
  • Strong team player: builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibility
  • Be diplomatic and challenging with the ability to influence others
  • Ethical with strong integrity
