Social Media Manager, Savills

This is an opportunity for an experienced Social Media professional working for a Superbrand within the real estate industry in Central London. The role would feed directly into the Head of Social Media, supporting a range of B2B business areas.

The right candidate will be ambitious and eager to develop the future of B2B social media


The social media manager would be responsible for managing and developing B2B content and activity across


our core social media channels. They would be focused on devising social media plans, creation of assets and


using key metrics to measure performance. They will sit within the social media team, working with approx. 17


different B2B divisions to meet their objectives via social media. Be innovative in their approach to community


management by testing new ideas and new approaches. They will provide insights and analysis, be able to


explain and tell a narrative back to teams in order to improve impact and effectiveness. They will also aid in


supporting the wider development and understanding of social media competencies across the business.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

  •   Overseeing the effective B2B community management via the Savills core company accounts
  •   Growing and enhancing B2B business areas to support divisional goals
  •   Develop and implement social media plans for campaigns
  •   Using paid social media for relevant targeting and enhancing activity
  •   Proactive individual who can work independently as well as be a strong team player
  •   Strong stakeholder management and influential skills
  •   Ability to creatively share industry-leading content and campaigns
  •   Support partnerships with internal and external brands
  •   Align social media activity to divisional teams business objectives
  •   Encourage teams to adopt and utilise social media activity
  •   Introduce new features and activity to support campaign performance
  •   Bring innovative ideas and best practices and occasionally training
  •   Work alongside Marketing, Communications, Digital and divisional stakeholders within the company to

    deliver a seamless social media plan and activity to support initiatives

  •   Analytical and a strategic thinker who has a natural curiosity to delve deeper
  •   Provide meaningful interpretation of data to provide performance analysis
  •   Be able to present on various social media activity

Skills, Knowledge and Experience


  •   Experience working in a large organisation
  •   Worked in B2B social media for 5+ years
  •   Proven ability to grow and develop social media activity for a B2B brand
  •   Effective community management skills across all metrics and platforms especially LinkedIn
  •   Experienced in using Sprinklr or similar social media management platform
  •   Create social media assets using Canva, Animoto or similar graphic design tools
  •   Experience in using paid social media with robust results
  •   Experienced in motivating and influencing teams for optimal results

    Minimum requirements

  •   5+ years in B2B social media
  •   Have experience working in a corporate environment and juggle multiple projects
  •   Knowledge of using tools like Sprinklr, Canva, Animoto or similar tools
  •   Experience in using LinkedIn and LinkedIn paid activity
