An outstanding opportunity

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join a growing team of 25+ fun, friendly and dynamic marketing professionals at an exciting moment in Savills 160 year history. The team is evolving under new leadership, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to be responsible for driving fame, awareness and front-of mind consideration for clients buying, selling and/or letting premium residential property.

You will drive our consumer brand strategy end-to-end from data and insights and creative ideation, to campaign delivery and optimisation, ensuring multiple strands of activity delivered across multiple channels and touchpoints align with the core consumer brand purpose and objectives.
As a versatile brand marketer, you will be responsible for managing brand campaign activity with media agencies and partners, in-house digital, social and content teams, equipped with an understanding of how multiple channels impact core brand health metrics as well as a curiosity that drives us to innovate with media mix, creative and formats to consistently improve campaign performance.

The role requires a brand marketer with a balanced understanding of traditional/ATL and digital brand marketing thinking, who can help identify the best channel and format selection, media mix and weighting to drive the best results for the brand. creative and expertise with the assessment, management and optimisation of long-term brand sponsorships and partnerships.

As a central role responsible for integrated campaigning and collaboration with a significant number of stakeholders throughout the business, we’re looking for a team player that’s passionate about what makes brands grow and is creative at engaging a huge variety of disciplines on one common goal of growing the Savills brand and building on the huge successes of late.

What we’re looking for

  •   Strong understanding of brand strategy and advertising principles, both through development and ongoing execution of campaigns and brand stories
  •   Passionate and highly brand focused: an ability to always identify what is right for the brand with a laser focus on current brand opportunities and threats
  •   Be the go to person for brand marketing, building internal relationship across all teams within Savills Residential business.
  •   With support from agencies and the internal analytics team identify, track and optimise relevant brand marketing KPIs, demonstrating clear ROI to drive greater investment in brand activity.
  •   Significant experience of consumer marketing planning and execution across a number of channels; must have both ATL & digital media experience
  •   Experience managing a brand strategy and its implementation across touchpoints, both through strategy, communications and marketing plans
  •   Must be able to inspire integrated marketing campaigns and steer collaborative efforts to deliver on overarching brand objectives within the marketing teams and to senior management teams
  •   Must have first-hand experience working with agencies – on research, briefings, strategy, creative and media

  •   Significant experience in a brand marketing role, with the ability to demonstrate inspiring brand marketing and creative that drive brand consideration.
  •   Strategically minded, with the ability to step above the day to day to ensure the bigger strategic picture is being met with our brand communications.
  •   Highly capable and mentally dexterous, you thrive in fast paced environments, where the expectation is to operate with a strong sense of urgency to deliver tangible results
