The role will involve working with the duty sales/viewing person on that day by greeting clients, answering telephone calls and emails, completing paper work, and general team admin. The successful candidate must be confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone in a polite and professional manner.
The Role & Key Responsibilities
- ï‚· Â Meeting and greeting visitors to the office, registering applicants (prospective buyers) if required.
- ï‚· Â Taking enquiries on the phone, speaking to applicants/clients. Arranging viewings.
- ï‚· Â Re-directing enquiries or taking messages efficiently and accurately.
- ï‚· Â Answering emails.
- ï‚· Â Management of properties on in-house database and websites
- ï‚· Â General office administration including filing, updating brochure displays, post, brochure mail outs.
- ï‚· Â Updating property details on website and sending email campaigns.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- ï‚· Â Well presented, polite and professional.
- ï‚· Â Passionate and helpful.
- ï‚· Â Good people skills.
- ï‚· Â Excellent written and communication skills (including spelling and grammar).
- ï‚· Â An ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
- ï‚· Â Good organisational and time management skills
- ï‚· Â Meticulous attention to detail.
- ï‚· Â Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word.
- ï‚· Â Ability to learn new skills, working methods and be adaptable to change.
- ï‚· Â Experience in a public facing role.
- ï‚· Â Ability to work on own if required.
- ï‚· Â Full driving license and car
