We are looking for an experienced full-time Sales Negotiator for the Sales department in our Islington office.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • To assist in the development of an efficient & highly successful sales team with strong core values
  • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
  • To challenge the market, create opportunities and build on the success of the existing departments
  • Handle daily applicant enquiries and manage all Savills systems efficiently
  • Carry out viewings with prospective buyers
  • Personally drive the sales process, seeing sales through from winning the pitch to completion
  • Liaise with clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills representative
  • Share information on buyers with the sales team in Chiswick and where appropriate with other Savills

    offices to ensure a joined up service and maximum exposure of our clients’ properties to potential

    buyers.

  • To promote the Savills brand amongst our target client base and locally with key local influencers.
  • Build and maintain a good rapport with buying agents so that they alert us as soon as they have a new

    client or useful market information to share

  • ï‚·  Assist the Head of Department with market appraisals
  • ï‚·  Be a point of contact for ongoing client care
  • ï‚·  Following up market appraisal proposals
  • ï‚·  Give best advice to clients at all times in a professional and enthusiastic manner including valuing the

    property where appropriate and negotiating best possible price for the client

  • ï‚·  Effectively market and promote properties for sale
  • ï‚·  Have a thorough understanding of the offer process
  • ï‚·  Be confident putting up offers to vendors
  • ï‚·  Have experience in sales progression and follow sales through to exchange and completion
  • ï‚·  Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities
  • ï‚·  Follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • ï‚·  Ensures compliance of legal, internal and external requirements i.e. Health and Safety, FSA,

    compliance, Estate Agency Act, GDPR, Bribery Act

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience preferred
  • Self-Motivated and reliable
  • Knowledge of Islington area is helpful
  • Target and goal driven individual
  • Confident, proactive and enthusiastic approach to dealing with clients and purchasers
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
