HR Reward Consultant 

Location – London

 

Are you currently working within a HR or Data role and looking for a new challenge? We have a great opportunity for someone to join us as Reward Consultant to sit within our EMEA Reward and wider HR team here in London.

 

As the Reward Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA region on all compensation and benefit related matters. You will work closely with the EMEA HR team and Finance to provide a comprehensive and enabling reward offering.

 

You will be someone who is able to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholder groups and has excellent influencing skills with the ability to provide an appropriate level of challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Reward to deliver all elements of the Reward Strategy, with a focus on cash compensation
    • Work with the Reward Manager and Head of Reward to process the annual salary and bonus review across the EMEA region
    • Track non-regular cash compensation payments made throughout the year, working with the Payroll Manager, the HR Business Partners and the Finance Team
    • Ensure the compensation information stored in the HR database is accurate
    • Coordinate the firm’s participation in external benchmarking surveys across EMEA
    • Consolidate and analyse the benchmarking data across EMEA, including supporting the HR Business Partners with any queries about benchmarking
    • Develop and distribute engaging reward communications
    • Provide Reward reports as required to enable the business decision making
    • Support the wider HR team with ad-hoc project work, E.G., M&A activity
    • Consult with the wider HR team on any compensation queries
    • Support the Reward team on EMEA benefit projects and ongoing business

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree level educated or equivalent
    • CIPD qualified would be an advantage

 

Key Experience:

  • Experience of working in a complex global organisation with a matrix structure ideal
    • Experience in Data, HR or Reward
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Advanced Excel and use of analytics tools, such as MACROs, MS Power BI
    • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
