Property Administrator – Strutt & Parker, BNP Paribas Real Estate
As a Property Administrator you will be responsible for a portfolio of client properties, ensuring the effective management of the properties, tenants and contractors. We are looking for a candidate that is keen to progress and looking to build a career within Property Management.
This role offers hybrid/flexible working with a blend of working from home and within our local offices in the Eastern Region (Chelmsford, Cambridge or Ipswich) overseeing properties located in the vicinity of our Ipswich office
In this role you will be:
- Happy to be managed remotely and able to act on own initiativ
- Dealing with Contractor instruction (with senior sign off), on boarding, renewals and invoicing
- Property maintenance – including property compliance reporting (gas safety, electrical testing etc.) and organising property repairs
- Client on boarding & KYC
- Client invoicing/Greentree/E-Docs
- Reapit/property marketing
- Lettings – photos, particulars, marketing, viewings, referencing, drafting Terms of Business.
- Tenant on boarding & KYC, tenancy deposits, tenancy reviews/renewals and issuing of rent demands
- AST Tenancies
- Other Tenancy agreements
- Manage Credit control
- Data Management of Property Management System
- Process management
- Property Management system compliance
- Creating portfolio and property details on the Property Management system
You will have:
- Full clean UK driving licence to enable travel to the properties being overseen by the Property Administrator
- The Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
- Demonstrable experience of team working and supporting a team of professional fee earners
- Proficient skills / experience in Word, Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams and experience of using KYC systems or similar
- Bookkeeping experience and an understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
