Rockhunter is a creative agency specialising in Architectural and Interior visualisation. We have been creating imagery, film and VR experiences for over two decades. In 2020 we made a collective decision to become a completely remote operation. Our team is now spread throughout the UK having taken the opportunity to re-evaluate the work life balance. We collaborate creatively across voice and video channels so that our shared passion is ever present, whilst also capitalising on the life benefits of being close to our families and re-establishing ties to our local community. We meet regularly to maintain our interpersonal relationships and share the responsibility of hosting the team in each of our locales spread throughout the UK. We now have a team of city dwellers based in London, Manchester and the home counties sharing their remote working day with those who favour the smell of sea air in Brighton, Lewes and Blackpool.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Project Coordinator with an Architectural or Planning background. You would be joining an established design studio, working closely with the directors, overseeing multiple projects while also keeping track of schedules, timetables and budgets. Excellent people skills and a highly organised and methodical work ethic are requisite to the role. Ideally you must have three to five years of experience supporting project managers. This role can be done remotely and is open to applicants located anywhere as long as they can operate within UK time.
About the role:
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a project management role and a comprehensive understanding of how to map and resource a project from start to finish. Liaising with clients to obtain relevant information and establish deadlines before working with the project manager to implement both internal and external resources against a project timeline.
Technical skills:
- ● Expert with Google Suite
- ● Hubspot (or similar)
- ● XERO (or similar)
- ● Experience with project scheduling applications
- ● Photoshop and Indesign experience beneficialSkills and Qualifications:
- ● Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives for the preparation of fee proposals and quotations.
- ● Managing and uploading new jobs to the system.
- ● Designing and controlling the project schedule.
- ● Ability to demonstrate leadership, delegating tasks to the team.
- ● Sourcing and booking suppliers for outsourced work.
- ● Liaising with clients to provide updates on delivery commitments.
- ● Desire to take ownership and responsibility ensuring deadlines are met.
- ● Monitoring, controlling and reporting project performance against budgets.
- ● Invoicing, handling financial queries and chasing late payments.
- ● Monitoring a project’s afterlife.
- ● Track record of delivering to and exceeding client expectations.
- ● Maintaining contact with the development after our involvement.
- ● Outstanding communication skills, excellent attention to detail and process driven.
- ● Proactive and positive attitude to finding and implementing relevant and efficient solutions.
