Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Prime Sales Negotiator for the Prime Sales Department in our Cobham Office. The successful candidate will need to be able to arrange and conduct viewings, liaise with clients, negotiate sales and process sales from under offer through to completion. More generally, they will need to form part of, and support the residential sales team.

We are a friendly team, made up of 7 people, the head of office, 4 sales negotiators and an 2 part time office co-ordinators. We also have a lettings team in the office, made up of 3 people.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  •   Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner
  •   Carry out viewings with prospective buyers and manage clients across all price ranges
  •   Confident and proficient in dealing with applicants and sellers
  •   Manage sales to exchange and completion of contracts through influencing, persuading and
  •   negotiating whilst giving best, professional advice to clients at all times
  •   Produce reports to enable targeted prospecting
  •   Build sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities
  •   Handle daily applicant enquiries from Savills database system, ensuring accurate details are
  •   registered and actioned
  •   Maintain records on a daily basis, chasing applicants and archiving where necessary
  •   To be able to manage own diary efficiently with respect to team members diaries
  •   Fantastic business acumen with ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and
  •   local market
  •   Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly
  •   Follow and adhere to health and safety procedures
  •   Saturday rota working of 1 in 4 weeks
