About Sanctus

Since 2016, Sanctus has been partnering with businesses to provide high quality, 1:1 personal coaching to their employees.Sanctus started as a community which rallied around a simple mission: normalise the conversation around mental health in the workplace and make proactive support more readily available at work.
Over the last five years we’ve built up a community we’re proud of and partnered with hundreds of progressive organisations. Together, we’ve played an important role in shifting outdated narratives around mental health in the workplace, and empowered tens of thousands of people to work on their mental health & wellbeing with a Sanctus Coach.
Our customers are our partners and we’re proud to work with start-ups like The Body Coach, Goodlord & Carwow , agencies like Dentsu, Omnicom & Vayner Media and Global Brands like Red Bull, JustEatTakeAway and the Boston Consulting Group.
We know the impact that Sanctus Coaching has on both individuals and organisations and over the next 5 years our ambition is for 10’000’s more people to have access to Sanctus at work, whilst we continue to champion healthier workplaces and support businesses to move beyond lip service when it comes to prioritising employee wellbeing.

This is where you come in.

About the role & what it’s like working in the Marketing team:

We’re looking for a highly organised marketing & events coordinator to support the marketing team in delivering high quality campaigns, content & events across both digital and physical touchpoints.

Working in our small but rapidly growing marketing team, you’ll work closely with our Senior Brand & Campaigns Manager under the guidance of the Head of Marketing to execute the marketing plan across both Brand and Demand streams.

You’ll be instrumental in bringing our brand, content & coaching proposition to life across activations such as: digital campaigns, webinars, podcasts, physical events (big & small) and support the design & creative teams with logistics, ensuring production is running smoothly and tracking against agreed timelines.

This is a varied role which would be particularly well suited for someone with a mix of digital marketing, events and/or project management experience. Digital or creative production experience would be a bonus but not essential.

You’d be joining us at a time of rapid growth in a fast-moving startup environment. The marketing team are a tight knit team who work hard, smart and at pace within a supportive, creative and collaborative structure where questioning how or why we do things is encouraged as we continuously look to improve ourselves, our impact, our processes & our creative output. We work virtually most of the time, so ideally you’re comfortable and experienced in collaborating on creative projects remotely, and keep an open line of communication.

You are:

Organised: you are super organised and have a knack for keeping people & projects on track. You are always looking for ways to streamline or improve processes, and lean into tools or systems to help you do that.

Adaptable: you are comfortable switching between tasks, enjoy variety & appreciate that no amount of forward planning can avoid last-minute roadblocks or change. You’re great at trouble-shooting, figuring out work-arounds and flexing your approach when needed.
Calm: everyone gets a little stressed out from time to time, but you’re generally cool under pressure and able to compartmentalise. You know that some periods are busier than others and you lean-in accordingly, without compromising your own boundaries.
Confident: You’re confident stepping into project manager shoes which can sometimes mean managing upwards to make sure projects and output is delivered to timelines. Equally you’re comfortable putting your hand up if you’re unsure of something and asking for help if you need it.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Campaign Execution: you will work closely with the Senior Brand & Marketing manager to help execute brand & demand campaigns across channels including email, direct mail, social media, paid advertising & PR.

  • Event Execution: you’ll own the logistics for both physical and digital events, working behind the scenes to make sure things run smoothly: from event setup (using platforms such as EventBright, GoToWebinar, Anchor/Acast), to stakeholder management & briefings (internal team, speakers, external guests) and supplier sourcing & logistics (venue bookings etc). You’ll be there on the day as one of the key points of contact and to make sure things are running smoothly.

  • Campaign & Event Coordination: Guided by the marketing & events plan, you will keep calendars & planners up to date and coordinate various campaign elements & production schedules. You’ll liaise with internal teams and external agencies where relevant to make sure progress is tracking against agreed timelines and delivered to a high standard.

  • Communication: you’ll keep everyone informed and communicate changes quickly to avoid crossed wires and keep members of project teams (internal & external) in the loop.

  • Presentations & Reporting: ideally you enjoy data & analytics  (a bit of spreadsheet whiz) and you will be comfortable supporting the Head of Marketing & Marketing Manager with analysis & reporting.

  • Systems & Processes: you’ll be happy to lean into the ongoing work of improving the marketing team’s systems & processes. This could range from more admin type work (such as organising our folder structures or reviewing our meeting cadences) to working on larger projects which seek to automate or remove any unnecessary, burdensome or inefficient processes in order to make life easier (and more enjoyable for all).

Nice to haves:

  • Experience marketing or running events for HR and senior business audiences, particularly within the context of employee wellbeing, culture and mental health.

  • Experience with B2B as well as B2C, across a mix of agency and in-house.

  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Pardot or Salesforce. *(We use Hubspot & plan to stick with it for some time).

  • Experience or interest in mental health, wellbeing and psychology.
