We are seeking professional Viewing Hosts to join Location Location in Stoke Newington are seeking professional viewing hosts, to help our sales and lettings teams with viewings during the week and on Saturdays.

We will provide training on how to conduct viewings, answer questions you may be asked and give you knowledge of the local area.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Conducting viewings in properties across Hackney, Islington & South Tottenham.

• Answering questions during the viewing

• Documenting feedback after the viewing

• Guiding customers on the next steps in the process

Hours: Flexible, you need to be able to commit to working at least 4-6 hours on a Saturday, and potentially some afternoons/evenings in the week.

Full training will be given, so experience is not necessary.

About you:

Strong customer service skills.

Organised.

Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge and proficiency with IT.

A keen interest in property.

Willing to travel across North/East London to conduct viewings.
