About the role


Experts are at the heart of Bloss so this role couldn’t be more important for the long-term strategy. You will be someone who relishes the prospect of setting strategic direction, enjoys solving operational problems, and having deep real work impact. You will need to be excellent at bringing teams together and delivering on your goals. 

Our mission is to grow a long term, loyal expert base. This role is hands-on and calls for a combination of customer obsession, savvy analytics, strategic thinking and strong execution. You will have to think creatively to find ways to continuously enhance Bloss’s value proposition to new experts and optimise their customer journey.

What you will do


  • On-boarding top quality experts (b2c and b2b), keeping the trust factor of the platform high
  • Support our expert growth efforts, helping to upload profiles and content when needed
  • Making sure good quality and complete expert profiles are uploaded
  • Ensure the safety of our users – such as experts insurance documents must be in date
  • Help to improve the expert onboarding process, resurrecting churned experts and improving engagement and satisfaction of existing experts
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve processes that directly impact experts’ experience on the platform
  • Manage commission payments to the experts on time
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset in working with the experts to help them maximise their business and the Bloss platform
  • Educate the experts on how to use the system and be a problem solver
  • Organise and manage expert events, roundtables and chat forums
  • Plan and project manage multiple projects and have the ability to execute in a constantly changing, complex environment
  • Measure and understand performance and run “real world” experiments to prove and quantify the effect of optimisation
  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing our expert engagement strategy for setting new standards in expert relations
  • Organise roundtables and networking events
  • This role will require you to work collaboratively across experts, marketing and product to deliver results
  • Get your hands dirty, when needed. We’re a small team and it’s ‘all hands on deck’


What you will need


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the UK working within an account management, strategy, consulting, sales or project management role 
  • A self starter: We want to work with people who enjoy building things from the bottom up – you need to be an accomplished project manager. Things change fast in our world so you’ll need to be highly adaptable as well as calm under pressure
  • An expert negotiator: An ideal candidate will know how to navigate relationships, driving positive outcomes for all parties
  • A confident communicator with our experts, both on the phone, in person and written skills
  • Strong stakeholder management: Success at bloss depends on the ability to organise different teams (internally and externally) around shared goals. We are looking for well organised people who love working with others to get things done-and who can deal with the ambiguity that comes from start-up life
