Private: Blackacre

Blackacre are a small but fast growing Chartered Surveying firm, looking to grow our brand and start an estate agency element to the business.

We are looking for an experienced sale negotiator, with knowledge in all aspects of estate agency that can help us achieve this and boost our brand to get those instructions.

With our existing client base we feel that the business could really benefit from property sales and grow into this sector.

Anyone who came aboard, would ideally be keen to grow, market, hire and run this side of the company (but not a must).

Starting out the work load will be small and would suit a Freelaner or flexi working hours.
