To provide project delivery and marketing expertise to shared ownership schemes from concept to completion in order to support the achievement of lead generation and unit sales. This role requires a broad insight of building, presenting and executing marketing strategies, portal and website management, digital media, content writing and graphic design, alongside the ability to efficiently manage timelines and team requirements. |

A fast paced and friendly team, made up of 1 Director, 1 Sales Manager, 4 Sales negotiators, 1 Sales Progressor and an administrator. Working with Developers, Housing associations and local authority clients selling shared ownership new build apartments. |
Key Responsibilities of the Role |
- ï‚· Â Devise marketing plans for successful launch and sales of the developments to achieve targeted sales rates. Effectively project manage the delivery of creative requirements.
- ï‚· Â Set up and monitor a marketing tracker for each scheme to ensure that product is running within the timeline and spend established in the marketing plan.
- ï‚· Â Review and develop marketing strategies in line with clients, the team and development specific objectives.
- ï‚· Â Work closely with the Sales Manager to co-ordinate and implement development-specific marketing campaigns and sales activities.
- ï‚· Â Liaise with marketing, PR and media agencies to deliver effective marketing campaigns
- ï‚· Â Consult with external creative agencies and developers to unify project specific deliverables.
- ï‚· Â Analyse sales results and lead generation campaigns, and adapt marketing plans accordingly.
- ï‚· Â Update all digital portals, including social media and prepare innovative customer focused EDMs toenhance attendance at sales viewings and promote quicker sale of homes.
- ï‚· Â Work with client to agree project budget or with Savills head of department if fee includes marketing.
- ï‚· Â Sustain effective internal communication to ensure all developments are kept informedof marketing objectives.
- ï‚· Â Preserve Savills brand integrity on development specific marketing.
- ï‚· Â Detailed reports to be maintained and shared with clients as/when needed
- ï‚· Â Produce, design and collaborate on pitches to win new instructions, including proof-reading for accuracy.
- ï‚· Â Ensure effective filing, compliance and audit strategies are met and adhered to. Ensure team are GDPRcompliant and following brand guidelines on all external communications.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience |
Technical Experience - ï‚· Â Experience in dealing in New Homes or Residential Sales (essential)
- ï‚· Â Experience in shared ownership (advantageous)
- ï‚· Â Degree qualified (advantageous)
- ï‚· Â Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- ï‚· Â Understanding of Google Analytics, PPC, Google Adworks or similarSkills and knowledge:
- ï‚· Â Strong attention to detail and adopts diligence across all activities
- ï‚· Â Highly organised and good project management skills especially when meeting deadlines
- ï‚· Â Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy across all activities
