Team Overview
Savills Commercial Marketing supports the B2B facing part of the Savills UK business which comprises 14 divisions that provide a range of services spanning Capital Markets, Commercial Agency, Property Management, Professional Services, Development Services and Housing. The clients we serve are a diverse range of organisations of varying sizes, from major corporates to landowners, property developers and family offices. Collectively, the Commercial divisions contribute massively to the UK P&L and there is genuine excitement about the opportunities for further growth. Marketing will be key to help unlock this potential and our dynamic team is focused on delivering commercial returns.
Role Overview
You will lead a team delivering inspiring marketing campaigns supporting multiple divisions to achieve collective success, with a particular focus on building out digital channels and harnessing the power of data to present a more cohesive and joined-up face to market.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder management – become the key ‘go-to’ marketing professionals for the Savills Commercial business and its stakeholders, demonstrating an understanding of business strategy and the role marketing plays in delivering commercial return.
Strategic marketing planning – build a bold and innovative marketing strategy, that ensures Savills is front of mind for both existing and target commercial clients.
Budgetary control and ROI -proactive management of budgets and recommendations for increasing effectiveness based on measured performance outcomes.
Leadership – you will inspire, motivate and encourage your team to be the very best marketers they can be.

Key Skills
• Highly capable and mentally dexterous, you thrive in fast-paced environments, where the expectation is to operate with a strong sense of urgency to deliver tangible results
• Highly analytical and able to synthesise complex data with ease to form meaningful and actionable insights
• Solid presentation skills, with the ability to create excellent presentations and present them with confidence to influence senior stakeholders
• Degree qualified and preferably CIM qualified with 7+ years’ experience
