Role Overview |
To work with the Divisional HR Director to help provide a full HR operational advisory service to the Operation division. The Operations Division has over 450 employees based in various of sites including Peterborough, London, Cambridge and Wimborne. This is a broad generalist role encompassing day-to-day HR and more ad- hoc project work as required. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and varied role where you will need to be able to build relationships with employees and managers across the whole business unit. The successful candidate will therefore be willing to travel to other offices as necessary in accordance with business needs. A background in HR as a HR Assistant/HR Advisor role is required and there is opportunity for growth and development as the Division grows. |

Skills, Knowledge and Experience |
Technical experience:- • CIPD qualified or currently studying desirable Skills and Knowledge
