- ï‚· Â Unify local business line and build Savills reputation Monitor and grow local profile including
developing marketing and PR opportunities - ï‚· Â Foster local client relationships
- ï‚· Â Produce an annual business plan for your department
- ï‚· Â Monitor and assess local competitor activity and threats
- ï‚· Â Discuss and liaise with Regional Heads on performance, business opportunities and other relevant
employee matters where appropriate - ï‚· Â Provide guidance to members of the team
- ï‚· Â Ensure a clear daily structure for your team
- ï‚· Â Full use of REAPIT including maintaining records with 100% accuracy
-   Partake in Power 90’s ensuring that all relevant team members participate effectively
- ï‚· Â Monitor profile & performance of your department
- ï‚· Â Assist Regional Heads on bonus recommendations in respect of cross-selling and wider contributions
to the Savills business - ï‚· Â Provide general management of the departmental administration
- ï‚· Â Attend full office cross discipline meetings when required
- ï‚· Â Ensure, in conjunction with the Head of Office, that the department is compliant with Health and Safety
and all legal, internal and external requirements e.g. ISO, Health and Safety, FSA, compliance, Estate Agency Act, GDPR, Bribery Act People Leadership:
- ï‚· Â To set clear objectives in line with company/Divisional/team strategy and to measure performance against these
-   To conduct regular 121’s, hold team meetings and complete thorough probationary, interim and annual appraisals as per company guidelines
- ï‚· Â To support team members in career development via training (to ensure high skill levels both technically & behaviourally), coaching, mentoring and the promotion and succession/talent processes
- ï‚· Â To adhere to all company processes with regards to people management and to role model professional behaviours at all times
- ï‚· Â To ensure recruitment is completed professionally and in line with team/divisional/company goals on Diversiry and Inclusion, thinking strategically re future needs.
