FTC 3 month Senior Insights Analyst, Private: Space NK

With a rapidly evolving loyalty program and constant drive to deliver personalised customer experiences across all channels, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Customer Insight Analyst to grow our CRM and Analytics team.

This role will own all facets of Customer Insight analysis and reporting, campaign management and take a pro-active role in helping to maintain the technical CRM infrastructure.

You will have strong experience from a multi-channel retailer or agency, using tools such as BlueVenn, R, Tableau, FastStats, SQL or similar. You will have experience of building extensive marketing campaigns in Campaign Management tools (ideally BlueVenn) and extracting insights and data and presenting digestible, actionable insight back to a wide range of stakeholders.

As a business underpinned by robust analysis and an established test and learn cycle, you will be a key contributor to major business decisions. You will have excellent commercial acumen and your work will be digested by a wide audience from within the CRM team to board level.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Understand our data landscape including our data warehouse (SQL), our ERP, web platform and our CRM infrastructure
  • Work with IT stakeholders to ensure accuracy of the data warehouse
  • Become the Super user for BlueVenn, our CRM platform, including general use for analysis, setting up campaigns, understanding and helping to maintain the underlying database
  • Ownership of regular customer insight reports
  • Regular and ad hoc reporting of key trading events and promotions
  • Deliver other customer analysis as required by the wider business
  • Key stakeholder in delivering personalisation across stores and online

Experience Required

  • Strong IT and analytical software skills, with excellent Excel
  • 3+ years’ experience in an analytics role within a retail or similar organisation
  • Experience of BlueVenn preferred but prior use of other CRM and analytics platforms is essential
  • Some experience in SQL and R is preferable
  • Experience of using data visualisation software preferable (e.g. Qlik Sense, Tableau)
  • Education to degree level in a relevant subject preferred.

  • Great technical knowledge with the ability to pick up working with new platforms is essential
  • The ability to focus on the detail, but also grasp the bigger picture
  • Versatile with the ability to apply a broad skill-set to a range of applications
  • A solid understanding of the drivers behind retail and e-commerce businesses and the core values within a luxury brand
  • High level of numeracy and attention to detail
