Position Objective:
Frasers Property are looking to recruit a Data Analyst to join the company and help make the business a  more data driven organisation. The Data Analyst will support the team across our functions (Asset  Management, Finance, HR, and Developments) as well as the senior leadership team by building a data  rich environment and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data. 

The successful candidate will join a highly collaborative team and a growing business as we embark on  our IT transformation journey. You will need to understand the details behind the data and as such the  successful applicant will work with high-quality data tools and greenfield platform infrastructure.  

We are looking for a focused and committed individual that not only enjoys the technical elements  required to build best in class data products but equally enjoys engaging with all parts of the business to  understand their requirements and deliver the data they need.  

The candidate must have a strong technical background in SQL, a good understanding of tabular data  models and experience of developing dashboards using PowerBI and DAX functions. Experience in  Python or R is a plus.


Key Outcomes Performance Standards
Data Reporting,  Analysis and  


Create innovative ways to help bring our data to life for the benefit of the  company, its investors, and our tenants.  

Support reporting and analytics, such as KPIs, financial reports, and creating  and improving dashboards. 

Help translate data into decision making tools through modelling, visualisations, and metrics. 

Work with Property & Asset Managers to deliver real estate analytics. 

Work with Corporate functions and HQ colleagues in Singapore to deliver  analytics that enable the company to operate more efficiently. 

Perform quantitative analysis to support decision making. 

Proactively identify and recommend solutions to accelerate and enhance the  use of data sets within the company.



Build effective and reliable relationships with key stakeholders across our  business functions (Asset Management, Finance, HR, and Developments). 

Understand their data requirement needs and translate these into meaningful  solutions. 

Share timely and useful updates on the data transformation journey in a  language that everyone will understand.  

Ensure requests from stakeholders are accurately completed to the agreed  standards and deadlines.

Systems and  


Working closely with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of  data models and platform requirements. 

Provide data and platform testing support to ensure they meet our  requirements. 

Working closely with the Process Management team to develop process  improvements which aim to enhance overall Data Quality.

Competencies & Experience
Competencies and  ExperienceProven experience as a data analyst. 

Strong reporting skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyse information with attention to detail and accuracy. 

Experience building user friendly and engaging dashboards. 

Exposure to Microsoft Azure data stack. 

Experience using Power BI. 

Knowledge of the property and real estate market is preferred. Desirable: PowerBI Administration. 

Desirable: Understanding of Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning.
