Build to Rent Viewings Assistant (Zero Hours), Private: Hamptons International

We are currently looking for a zero hours Viewings Assistant to join our Build to Rent Team based in our Liverpool development.
The successful candidate will be expected to be available for up to 20 hours per week (variable week by week dependant on activity)
Responsibilities:
- Meeting new applicants on site
- Organising & carrying out viewings
- Maintain regular contact the Build to Rent team in relation to coordinating viewings and viewing feedback
- Arrange, organise and conduct all viewings in line with the landlord`s instructions
- Discuss and hand over any offers received to the Build to Rent team
- Have a good understanding of the local market place thus gaining an advantage over our competitors
Experience & Skills Required:
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have access to a personal mobile and laptop device
- Previous experience within a negotiator role or in a sales environment, an advantage but not essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
