Nicola Brown

I’m Nicola Brown and I launched Construct-Design after 10 years working in various roles in the property industry.

During this time,  I’ve developed my own portfolio of properties; selling some at a significant profit. I’ve project managed refurbishments, consulted on design + saleability for mid-sized developments + am proud of my flair for seeing  the potential in every house and building I visit.

I’ve been a single parent to my daughter since 2010, and worked hard to create a business which I could run while being fully-involved and present for her.  I still strongly believe that flexible working should be more easily available for all.
