He cares deeply about equality and is genuinely excited about new opportunities to use his expertise and voice to create a better society. Elliott has solid experience of creating and implementing successful D&I strategies in Central Government and extensive experience working with and advising staff at all levels, from the Board to operational delivery.
A creative and strategic thinker, he has founded one of the most exciting and popular new parenting and lifestyle platforms for men and fathers in the UK, described as the ‘Mumsnet for Dads’ by the BBC.
Outspoken, he has written on diversity issues for The Independent and regularly speaks to corporate and educational audiences. Elliott genuinely enjoys meeting new people, embracing new experiences and taking every opportunity to learn and grow.
