Charlotte is a strengths coach, talent consultant, Mum to two girls, wife to one husband, failing book worm and an eternal realist. Her background is in corporate Talent Management and Learning and Development. She loves helping others be at their best and bringing a creative but practical approach to support clients unlock new ways of thinking.
Charlotte collaborates with businesses who are wanting to proactively support their teams and drive engagement throughout what is a period of significant change for everybody involved. They return to work with so many untapped skills, drive and experiences, she is tackling what is often seen as a deficit and instead showing all the amazing things that can happen for businesses when they have working parents on their side.
